The main pool is an Olympic-sized 50-metre pool with 22 lanes. The deep end includes a robust diving array, with platforms and springboards, offering a comprehensive experience for athletes. The pool features two movable bulkheads, that allow the main pool to be divided into separate sections, enabling multiple activities to take place simultaneously within the same pool.
The second pool, measuring 22 metres, is dedicated to swimming lessons and other aquatic activities, making the centre versatile and suitable for a wide range of uses, from water safety classes to training sessions.
The entire project was completed in record time thanks to the collaboration between Myrtha Pools, Ohlson Lavoie Corporation, Counsilman-Hunsaker, and Associated Pool Builders, with support from the general contractor Saunders Construction Inc.
